What will the quote / price include?

Our pricing is straightforward. You’ll get a total price that includes our service fee, the cost of the car, a full tank of fuel, and genuine mats — all included in your driveaway price.

How is carconnect different from a dealership?

By using our service, we’re on your side, working to save you money. We handle all the work, so you get the car you want without the hassle.

What makes/models do you have access to?

We have access to most makes and models, based on availability based on our relationships with our nationwide dealer network .Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll do the rest.

How do I get my new car?

Once the paperwork is complete and your car is available, we can arrange for your new car to be picked up a dealership convenient to you, or have it delivered directly to your door!

What about the warranty if I buy through carconnect?

Buying your new car through carconnect doesn’t impact your new car warranty in anyway.

Can you help me with window tinting or extras?

We certainly can! Our team have access to market leading products you can have fitted to your car post purchase.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind you are able to transfer your deposit to another vehicle of your choice.

What are your delivery timeframes

Your carconnect consultant will be with you every step of the way, providing you with updates on when your new car will arrive. They will arrange for either a delivery / pickup once your car arrives.

How do I check my delivery status?

To check the current status of your vehicle please contact your carconnect consultant or the dealer representative that will be overseeing the delivery. The carconnect office can be contacted on 1300 880 008.

Can you help me with my trade-in?

We will take care of your trade-in as a separate transaction and obtain a minimum of 3 independent valuations. We can even pick up your old car when we drop off the new one.

Can you help me find a finance deal?

We have partnerships with some of Australias leading finance brokers who can assist you with financing your next new car.

Do I need finance approval prior to purchasing?

To secure your order we require a deposit. Finance approval can be done before or after you secure a car.

Can I pay cash for a new car?

Yes you can pay cash for your new car.
