Delivery time frames for vehicles will vary according to availability of the vehicle, settlement of funds, fitting of requested extras and delivery location.
Where the delivery address is less than 50km from the nominated dealer, carconnect shall work with the dealership, endeavouring to deliver the vehicle/s within 3 to 5 business days of it becoming available for delivery.
Delivery method is at the discretion of the individual dealer.
Where the delivery address is more than 50km from the nominated dealer, delivery options and costs will be discussed and presented as part of the tender process with the client having the option to have delivery at an extra cost or facilitate their own delivery or pick up.
Any issues regarding the condition of the vehicle after delivery should be addressed directly with the dealer. carconnect does not guarantee or take responsibility for the condition the vehicle is delivered in.
The vehicle will only be delivered and released to the registered owner unless alternative persons have been nominated by the registered owner in writing prior to delivery.
Delivery will be between 9am -6pm, Monday to Friday (local time).
